HEHE Match Events Terms

For HEHE Match Inc Events (the “Events Services”), the following terms are applicable following our Terms and Services and, if relevant, Paid Events Terms (collectively, the “Terms”). The event(s) you organize and/or host (the “Event”) are your responsibility, and you may not claim or indicate that the Event is sponsored by or associated with HEHE Match Inc. 

Conduct and Content

You acknowledge and agree to:

• Keep your Event safe, professional, and considerate of others by adhering to the guidelines set out by the HEHE Match community;
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws;
• Offer explicit disclosure of any fees or costs that must be paid in advance, if applicable; and
• In the case of events that take place on-site, you need to ensure you have adequate protection against the risk of loss or damage, both in terms of the types of coverage and the monetary amounts involved.

You acknowledge and agree that neither you nor your Event will:

• conduct business without holding the appropriate permissions and licenses;
• infringe upon or otherwise violate the rights of HEHE Match Inc. or any other third party;
• be defamatory, offensive, misleading, deceitful, or dishonest;
• mimic a brand, institution, or person, or make false assertions about them;
• take part in any behavior or publish any content that is pornographic, vulgar, profane, or objectionable;
• include (or encourage) behavior that is illegal, hostile, aggressive, violent, harassing, discriminating, or inappropriate in some other way;
• be harmful (or encourage unsafe behavior), that could potentially cause harm to others, or that could give rise to criminal or civil responsibility;
• Contravene any of the above provisions
• Engage in conduct that conflicts with the objectives and principles that guide the operations of HEHE Match Inc.

Compliance with Data Policies 

(1) General. 

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in connection with all HEHE Match Inc services (including any updates). When obtaining, utilizing, or otherwise handling any confidential data relating to members of HEHE Match Inc, you agree to do so following all applicable conditions, regulations, and laws. 

You (and not HEHE Match Inc) are responsible for informing and obtaining the permission of any HEHE Match Inc members whose content or information you gather and/or process. In all cases, processing this information is your responsibility (not HEHE Match Inc.’s). Your Event cannot use automatic tools (such as harvesting bots, scrapers, crawlers, or robotic systems) to access or gather information regarding HEHE Match Inc members.

(2) Event Registration Forms 

Each form you create using the Events registration option must incorporate a link to your data protection policy. You may only use the data submitted through Events registration forms (“Form Data”) for lawful purposes agreed to by the registered HEHE Match members.

Data disclosing ethnicity origin, political preferences, religious or spiritual ideologies, trade union affiliation; information regarding health or sexuality; Data relating to criminal offenses; government-issued Credentials; usernames and passwords; banking details; and information about minors under the age of 16 should not be requested in any custom questions on your registration form.

The company HEHE Match Inc. reserves the right to reject any personalized inquiry. You or your authorized third party’s responsibility is to obtain a copy of the Form Data from HEHE Match Inc as soon as possible and securely store it on your behalf. This Form Data will be accessible to you or your authorized third party through HEHE Match Inc for one year.

You may (a) utilize Form Data and (b) exchange Form Data just with a third party operating on your behalf, for example, your service provider, given that you are accountable for guaranteeing their corresponding adherence with these Terms and the privacy policies you have posted in connection with the Events registration forms, the realistic privacy perceptions of the enrolled HEHE Match Inc members, relevant laws and regulations, and the extent of any consents acquired through the Events registration forms. 

In no event may you sell Form Data or (ii) use Form Data for any illegal purpose (e.g., unlawful discrimination). You agree to immediately comply with any request from a HEHE Match Inc member to stop receiving communications from you or to delete their Form Data.

Liability Terms

You accept complete liability for the Event and any potential risks whether directly or indirectly related to such Event,  as well as for any loss or harm you may suffer or inflict on others in conjunction with or resulting from the Event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby waive release, covenant not to sue, and forever discharge HEHE Match Inc and its directors, officers, shareholders, agents, workers, employees, and affiliates for all liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that you may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with the Event including without limitation and liabilities, claims, actions, or damages caused by negligence, of HEHE Match Inc and its directors, officers, shareholders, agents, workers, employees and affiliates and its officials, company associates, and workers, or the action or inaction of same. 

You further protect HEHEMatch Inc and its directors, officers, shareholders, agents, workers, employees, and affiliates from liability for any claims related to or resulting from your event(s) by indemnifying, defending, and holding them harmless. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEHE Match Inc will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with the event, even if brought to the notice of such damages.

Miscellaneous

• HEHE Match Inc reserves the right to alter or terminate Events Services at any time. HEHE Match Inc. may modify or cancel an Event, in whole or part, at any time and without prior notice;
• Except as permitted by applicable laws and as specified in our Privacy Policy, HEHE Match Inc is under no commitment to store, retain, or furnish you with a backup of any content that you or others give;
• HEHE Match does not grant any trademark or other licenses; and  
• You acknowledge that HEHE Match Inc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice and that your continued use of the Event Service will be subject to the most current Terms at all times.
